Duck Dynasty
The
show Duck Dynasty the first episode of season 4 premiered on A&E this
Wednesday and surprised the whole world by blowing everyone away with nearly 12
million views knocking out other reality shows such as Jon and Kate plus 8 which
drew 10.6 million viewers in 2009. Even
though Duck Dynasty is based on one kind of audience which is like rednecks
hillbilly type of audience (http://www.celebritynetworth.com/richest-businessmen/ceos/willie-robertson-duck-commander-net-worth/). By the looks of it they drew in a lot more
attention of all kinds of viewers than you think. The range of adults that mostly
likely watch this show is adults from 18-49 and 25-54 for the second quarter of
this week — rising 17% in both categories — while placing sixth in total
viewers (up 19%). Today, Duck Dynasty is one of the most popular shows on
television airing in over 40 countries. The third season's final episode drew
an audience of over 10 million people and beat out network shows like American
Idol. Duck Dynasty have made a big impact for A&E. This show is great for
all viewers because it’s a family show. When you watch this show for the first
time you get stuck on it and really want to watch the show again. Its draws
audience in. Their wives look like beautiful high class women and you wonder
why they are with men like them but, it has a twist to it the Robertson’s look
like typical rednecks and obviously by just looking at them it seems as though
they are just plan country but behind the beards there is a lot more. They are
all we educated and also participated in sports during high school and studied business
in College. Looking at this show you would think that it’s just some rednecks but
you have to really watch the show to understand that they are a lot more than
just rednecks.
